Updated the cheapest Nissan sedan 1

The cheapest Nissan sedan has been updated and has gained advanced electronics. The Nissan Versa 2023 model year debuted in the USA with a modified appearance, an improved interior, and an expanded set of basic equipment. The technique is the same: all sedans are equipped with an “atmospheric” 1.6 with a capacity of 124 horsepower and a torque of 154 Nm. Prices have not yet been announced, but a rise in price is inevitable. The current Nissan Versa costs $15,580.

The updated Nissan Versa is easily identified by the enlarged radiator grille with dark horizontal slats and bumpers with chrome trim. Optics and feed have not changed. The restyled sedan has so far been shown in the example of the top SR configuration with new 17-inch wheels with a directional pattern.

There are fewer visual changes in the cabin. The most expensive Nissan Versa has wireless charging for gadgets, a multimedia system with an 8-inch touchscreen (there was a seven-inch one), and a Wi-Fi adapter.

The basic version has also become richer: from now on you will not have to pay extra for 16-inch alloy wheels, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beam switching, a marking tracking system, and auto braking in case of obstacles when reversing.

The basic Nissan Versa will retain the 5-speed “mechanics”, a Variator is available for all sedans, and on expensive trim levels, a continuously variable transmission is the only possible choice. There is no alternative to front-wheel drive, 1.6-liter “atmospheric” and rear drum brakes at all.

There is no doubt that after the restyling, Versa will become more expensive, because the equipment has become richer. However, the sedan will not be expensive, since Nissan has a larger Sentra on the American market (from $19,950), with which the “state employee” should not compete. Now the most expensive Versa costs $18,990.
