This maximally undervalued Toyota GT86 struggles to overcome a small obstacle in the driveway of the house.
There are many ways to modify your car and a staggering number of different tuning subcultures around the world. The unusual wheel camber is just a variation of the tuning called Demon Camber, which first appeared in Japan and then migrated to the United States. The most daring experimenters are not afraid of “unscrewing” the wheels of their car so much, that it seems that it is pressed to the bottom of the road surface and is about to jump.
The video was published on Reddit with a low-end Toyota GT-86 in the driveway of the owner’s house. The car looks very strange, and it is not clear why it is so disfigured because even on an almost flat road it goes with difficulty.
The driver is forced to use two planks as a springboard for the car to climb. This is not so unusual, as sports cars and even small slides do not get along very well.
The other thing that’s surprising is that this Toyota has such a giant wheel camber, and it looks like it’s sprawled out. The negative tilt of the wheels (the upper part of the wheel is tilted to the body) it has about 30 degrees! The contact patch is “nothing” at all: only a narrow strip of the tire touches the asphalt, leaving the rest protruding from under the arches.
As one Reddit user writes, this car is like “a beached whale that is struggling to get back into the ocean”.
