India has launched the 2023 Kawasaki Z900 at its dealerships across the country. The latest version of the Japanese roadster was introduced to the Indian market in September 2022.

The 2023 model received cosmetic improvements in the form of two new color options – metallic Phantom Silver with metallic carbon gray and ebony with metallic matte gray graphene. It is worth noting that both colors will be offered at the same price. The design and technical characteristics will remain the same, and the competitor Triumph Street retains Kawasaki Sugomi’s design.

The motorcycle continues to use a 948 cc inline four-cylinder liquid-cooled engine compatible with BS6. In combination with a six-speed gearbox, the engine develops a maximum power of 123.6 hp at 9500 rpm and 98.6 Nm of peak torque at 7700 rpm.

Meanwhile, the list of features includes a traction control system, power modes, ride modes, ABS, LED lighting, and a Bluetooth-enabled color TFT display.

“In the Indian market, the Kawasaki Z900 competes with models such as the Ducati Monster, BMW F900R, and Triumph Street Triple. Motorcycle orders have started all over India.”
