The news that Honda Racing has its eye on the prodigy from KTM Pedro Acosta is no longer news. But today some details of the behind-the-scenes game of two big competitors in the Moto Grand Prix World Championship have become known: how much is Pedro worth right now?

It became known that Alberto Puig spoke with Pete Bayer from KTM about a possible transfer of Acosta at the end of the 2023 season in MotoGP. Bayer planned that Pedro would stay with KTM and continue his career in the factory team or in Tech3. But now the situation may change in light of the possibility of opening a GasGas factory project based on a French garage.

Honda Racing has a certain budget for buying pilots from competitors. So, at the end of 2011, when Marc Marquez suffered a head injury and did not finish the Moto2 World Championship, it was decided to transfer his place in Honda to Stefan Bradl.
