This trend is connected with the rise in oil prices, the cost of a barrel of which has already exceeded $120. The cost of gasoline at retail reached 2,504.

At some gas stations, you can find prices of 2.55 euros per 1 liter. This is a new historical maximum – the first one was set in March of this year.

If we talk about diesel fuel, the price tag here is also quite high – 2.22 euros per 1 liter. However, the record has not yet been set.
