According to recently published research data, Tesla and Honda’s cars are leading the list of the top ten American-made cars for 2022. The cars of these two companies occupy eight places in the final ranking.
In the American-Made rating for this year, which was compiled by specialists of the Internet resource Cars.com two automakers dominate the top ten — Honda and Tesla. They occupy eight positions, leaving little room for the rest of the companies. It is always interesting to see which brands and models are included in this annual list.

American Tesla took four more places with the Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y, with the Model Y crossover and Model 3 sedan taking the top two positions in the list.
Completing the top ten is the premium Lincoln Corsair, which rose from 64th place to 3rd, and Jeep Cherokee, which took 7th place, which dropped from 4th. Four Honda cars entered the 2021 list, more or less fighting for new positions in it in 2022. Tesla also had the Model 3 and Model Y on last year’s list, and two other models joined this year.

Honda is still well represented when you expand the list, with three Acura, MDX, RDX, and TLX models making up the index. General Motors also has three cars on the list, and there are three other Ford Motor Company models — the new Bronco, Ranger, and Expedition.
