According to published data, a new version of the RAM 2500 Rebel pickup truck will enter the market at the end of this year. The novelty will differ from the usual model by the presence of a 6-cylinder Cummins diesel engine with a volume of 6.7 liters with a capacity of 370 hp and 1,152 Nm of torque, as well as a 6-speed “automatic”.
In addition, the car will get a reconfigured suspension, a different hood, a revised interior, and nameplates with the inscription “Rebel”. Interestingly, but in the case of the model, the manufacturer does not declare any locks and winches. It is also reported that the pickup will be offered only in the version with a two-row cab.
Among other things, the new RAM 2500 Rebel is expected to have electric rearview mirrors, the ability to track the condition of the trailer and automatic dimming, a monitoring system for “blind spots” and illumination of boarding and disembarkation zones.
It is expected that the premiere of the new RAM 2500 Rebel will take place before the end of this summer.
