The new model is obviously aimed at the segment of medium-cubature tourist enduro with strongly pronounced off-road abilities. That is the same niche where Aprilia Tuareg 660 and Yamaha Tenere 700 play. But it is reasonable to assume that the retail price of this unit will be noticeably lower than that of its competitors.
Information about V2 Enduro is minimal, but foreign colleagues have already managed to pay attention to the striking similarity of the engine in the patent pictures with a twin-cylinder V-engine Suzuki, installed since times immemorial on the SV650 and V-Strom 650. On the one hand, of course, it is a strange decision: the engine is ancient, not too powerful, and heavy enough. On the other hand, excessive power is not necessary for a motorcycle of such a plan anyway, but the reliability of the time-proved construction will not be superfluous.
The potential novelty of QJ Motor looks in full conformity with class canons: qualitative long-stroke suspensions, double front brake with radial calipers, and spoke wheels with tubeless tires. Special attention deserves the appearance of V2 Enduro – the Chinese have got a real rally-raids conqueror.
It is not clear yet, under which brand – Benelli or QJ Motor – the new motorcycle will be produced. But in any case, it is possible to expect its appearance in dealer centers soon. Especially taking into account the fact that QJ Motor set up for a double strike on the European market: besides motorcycles with the familiar Benelli logo, sales of SRK and SRV models will start in Europe under the “parent” brand QJ Motor.
