The new Porsche 911 GT3 RS has been fully revealed before the premiere. Portal Cochespias shared pictures of the exterior and interior of the sports car next generation shortly before the presentation scheduled for August 17. Porsche has developed an original aerodynamic dodger, added conspicuous cherry-white wheels and a print along the length of the sidewall. There is no confirmed information about the technology.

A year and a half since the 911 GT3’s premiere did not go in vain: Porsche has significantly modernized the original sports car. The easiest way to recognize the novelty is by a giant high anti-fender, carbon fiber splitters behind the wheels in the spirit of racing sports prototypes, and holes in the fenders.

Under the hood, the 4.0-liter, high-revving atmospheric opposition engine is expected to remain, but Porsche has added air intakes in the rear fenders like on the Turbo versions of the new GT3 RS. Another curious detail is the carbon fiber “horns” on the roof slope. It’s likely they direct the airflow to the anti-fender.

The interior is different from the “regular” 911 GT3 in touches – Alcantara adorns more elements, door handles have given way to flaps, there are more toggle switches under the steering wheel spokes for driving adjustments, and the light is turned on by a rotary toggle switch, rather than buttons. The demonstration car has a PDK “robot”, but the “mechanical” should stay, too.

All details about the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS will appear on August 17. The novelty will obviously be more expensive than the usual GT3, the price of which starts in Germany at 179.3 thousand euros.
