This year, Honda not only registered the right to use the names “NX” and “NX500” in the names of new motorcycle models but also registered applications for the design of a new motorcycle model with EUIPO (European Intellectual Property Office).
Judging by the images appearing in the application, the Honda NX series tourist Enduro will receive a single-cylinder engine. The patent images show a motorcycle with a traditional “telescope” and a pendulum of the rear suspension of a constant cross-section, spoked wheels, engine protection, and a high-raised muffler.
Also in the images of the new NX, you can see a strong trunk, a small windshield, and hand protection. The appearance of the new motorcycle is made with an eye to the style of the “same” Honda NX, but it is quite modern.
Official information about the timing of the appearance of the serial Honda NX has not yet been received.
