Through its official importer, MotoMondo MotoMori will present two new bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Updated models of Seiemmezzo street bikes, including the STR naked bike and the SCR scrambler, will be on the market soon. Both versions have identical technologies and fundamentals, although they are slightly different in terms of style and aesthetics.
In addition, both bikes have the same 649cc Kawasaki engine with 61 horsepower. As a result, the Seiemmezzo models from Moto Morini have an engine comparable to the 650 model range from Kawasaki. The X-Cape 650, the brand’s novelty in the ADV medium-weight segment, which was introduced last year, also uses this well-known motor.
Although there are not many technical differences between SCR and STR Seiemmezzo, the visual difference is enough. In addition to various design features, the SCR also has a taller steering wheel and wire-spoked wheels. Unlike the STR, it has alloy wheels. However, both models come with the same wheel sizes: 18 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear. For STR, these are Angel GT street tires, while for the “fashionable street bike” SCR, Pirelli MT60RS all-road tires are installed.
“Both motorcycles are equipped with a 5-inch color TFT screen, which is controlled by backlit buttons on the steering wheel. They also control two communication systems on the helmet, a Bluetooth connection for a smartphone and other devices.”
