Buick has shown the first production car in a new style — it became the Buick GL8 Century minivan of the fourth generation for the Chinese market. The novelty was named after the Century passenger model, which was produced in the USA and China. The motor range, as well as the estimated cost of the minivan, are still unknown. However, the American manufacturer still demonstrated the design and interior of the future car before the official premiere.
The new Buick GL8 Century received a branded body design with narrow front optics, vertical LED running lights, and a massive radiator grille installed with a slight negative slope. The length of the minivan was 5230 millimeters with a 1980-millimeter width. The model will be available in several trim levels. However, so far the manufacturer has demonstrated the interior of the top-end version of the Avenir, which is distinguished by the upholstery of genuine leather seats, a partition with a built-in TV, as well as two separate armchairs in the rear of the cabin.
Between the “captain’s” seats there is a touch screen with which you can control multimedia and climate control. In addition, the minivan is equipped with a premium Bose audio system with speakers located in the headrests. The company keeps the technical details secret for now. At the same time, it is unlikely that the manufacturer will offer volumetric engines for the Chinese market.

The full-fledged debut of the Buick GL8 Century will take place within a few months. Sales of the minivan in China will begin before the end of this year.
