The revived Ford Bronco has become extremely popular in the USA – the SUV has collected 200 thousand pre-orders even before the start of production in 2021. Now the queues for the year ahead are lined up for the charged version of the Ford Bronco Raptor.

Precisely because of the huge demand in America, the start of sales of the model in Europe was constantly postponed — the plant simply could not cope with all orders. However, an official presentation of the model in the Old World took place recently – it was brought to the auto show in Sofia.

Ford of Europe noted that the new Bronco will be delivered from the USA in small batches and will not be available in a right-hand drive version for the UK. The main competitor of the model in the European market is considered to be the more expensive Land Rover Defender, and therefore they plan to import richly equipped top-end versions of the SUV.

So, there will be no available three-door version in Europe – only five-door variants will go on sale. The basic configuration of the Ford Bronco will include a large 12-inch display, expensive Bang & Olufsen acoustics, and off-road cruise control Trail Control.

The new Ford Bronco will definitely be offered with a 2.3-liter turbocharger for 300 hp, as well as a charged 424-horsepower Raptor, but the 2.7-liter 330-horsepower V6 is still questionable. All modifications will receive a 10-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel drive with a downshift, and a rear differential lock.
