The Ford concern is preparing updates related to the Ranger Raptor. A short video post on social networks hints at this. The dark teaser shows a Ranger Raptor with an additional LED panel on the roof.
Instagram Facebook and Ford Australia and Ford Performance divisions have posted a video teaser with the following description: “Testing and development do not stop when the sun goes down”, with the date “01.11.2022”.
The second-generation Ranger Raptor debuted in February 2022, but the specifications of the US version, which is due next year, have not yet been announced. Thus, there is a possibility that the teaser concerns a model for the USA. Although the date format says the opposite. Some commentators wondered if Ford was working on a more powerful Ranger Raptor R. Or if it was a pickup truck version prepared for Baja racing. The automaker has officially pulled out of SEMA, so it’s definitely not a concept for this year’s show.
