Photos of the updated Ford Super Duty pickup truck in the XLT version have been published. Despite the camouflage, you can notice the changed appearance of the novelty. The new truck may appear in the 2023 model year.

Ford is preparing to release a new Super Duty pickup truck, which will receive a new design and other updates. A new batch of “spy” pictures showed a large pickup truck on a series of tests, and it seems that the captured car was in the XLT configuration, which differs from the same Lariat pickup truck seen at the end of last month.

“Although both trucks have a lot of camouflage, neither of them was seen with a disguised false radiator grille, which makes it easy to notice differences in its design.”

The grille in the case of the Lariat is above the headlights, while the grille on the XLT looks more traditional, with large block headlights framing a square black false radiator grille and a large hidden blue oval emblem. The photos also show a truck with a new step in the rear fenders.

The truck will also receive many design elements that are characteristic of the XLT version, such as black plastic mirrors, fog lights, chrome wheels, and base headlights. The truck will get a radical redesign with new wings, a new hood, a new bumper, and restyled headlights. Changes to the rear are minimal, although we expect Ford to add LED taillights.

Exterior upgrades are also expected, which is becoming increasingly common among automakers who want their cars to be more competitive. Super Duty should be no exception: the pickup has reportedly received some technology and features from the new F-150. This means that Super Duty can get a larger infotainment display.
