The Mustang Shelby GT500 coupe is the most powerful production road car in the history of the Ford brand but equipped with a compressor V8 5.2 with 770 horsepower and 847-newton meters of torque, the sports car is not delivered to all markets. For British fans of powerful cars from the USA, the solution to the problem was the project of a local dealer CliveSutton, who created his own answer to the factory Shelby GT500. And in two versions at once.
Based on the Ford Mustang GT with a 5.0-liter V8, due to the installation of a Whipple compressor, a new intercooler, and a Quad Active XFORCE exhaust system, the engine output was increased to 859 horsepower and 902-newton meters, which significantly exceeds the performance of the factory Shelby.
In addition to a more powerful engine, a carbon fiber aerodynamic body kit and 20-inch Vossen wheels, as well as sports seats in the cabin, are relied on.

The project dubbed the CS850GT, which is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission, also received a track-oriented version of the CS850R. The R modification is equipped with a Ford Performance T2-R Torsen differential and Pro-Active shock absorbers, which replace the standard MagneRide suspension.
The cost of modified Clive Sutton sports cars is 115 thousand pounds for the CS850GT coupe and 121 thousand pounds for the CS850R variant, and the price may increase when ordering additional options.
