Audi has hinted at some cars that will be included in its future line of electric cars. The automaker has previously confirmed that it will launch new all-electric models only from 2026, before completely abandoning cars with internal combustion engines by 2033. This plan will encourage him to release many electric vehicles in the coming years.
During a recent interview with Top Gear, Audi’s head of research and development Oliver Huffman said that by 2027 the brand will have electric vehicles in all of its major segments. Details about many of Audi’s planned electric vehicles remain a secret. The brand notes that it is worth looking at the A6 e-Tron concept, which gives a clear idea of future PPE cars.
“Audi is also open to the idea of electric city cars, having previously toyed with this idea by releasing the AI: ME concept. The concern pays special attention to city cars. The concern sees a high demand for small cars in the electric world.”
Audi is known to be working on something it calls Project Artemis, which will result in an electric car. It will serve as the electric equivalent of the Audi A8.
